"All Americans should be concerned about the apparent trend toward a two-tiered system of justice, with full rights for most citizens and another diminished set for Muslims," said Nihad Award, an official of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, the nation's largest Muslim civil-liberties group. Should be happy that they have NOT been interned (yet?).
This is a change of policy, because after the Japs attacked, they WERE interned.
Alternate Headline: "Muslims Not Interned, Should Be Grateful"

If we could be assured that the FBI is monitoring the Islamists that attend the mosque, I'd be a bunch happier!I would have to say they are.... from feedback I get here and there. But....if you knew for sure... so would "they". :)

Who said their rights are DIMINISHED? I'm sensing that they have more rights than the rest of us.

"In that case, what does it have to do with a warrant? If you need a warrant, then you need a warrant irrespective whether you do it randomly or not."
Why silly goose, only republican president's need a warrant. I thought you knew that.

The RATs should come up with legislation that makes it illegal to test for radiation. All that's needed is for Denny Hastert to call for a House Resolution to abandon testing, based on Rat complaints, and put it to a full vote.

Even if a dozen thermo-nukes were detonated in the U.S., you would still have a very vocal chorus of traitorous democrats (and republicans to be honest) who would be screaming bloody murder about a response offending their mohammedan masters.
The senate and house are filled with bought agents of foreign powers. (As are most media sources.) They will not ever work for the best interests of the U.S. because that doesn't put cash into their pockets.
When it comes and it doubtlessly will. Private citizens are going to have to take matters into their own hands and wipe out the threat before it happens again.

"All Americans should be concerned about the apparent trend toward a two-tiered system of justice, with full rights for most citizens and another diminished set for Muslims," said Nihad Award, an official of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, the nation's largest Muslim civil-liberties group. Gee...would that be anything like Sharia Law...where non-Islamazis cannot testify as to any crimes by an Islamazi? Where the word of a terrorist is taken over anyone elses? Where a woman needs the testimony of 4 male witnesses to a rape in order to charge an Islamazi with rape...otherwise she's accused of adultery and stoned to death? I guess the Islamazis don't like Dhimmi-tude when THEY are the Dhimmis (rightly so here!).
But Justice Department officials said the monitoring was lawful. They said that investigators used special equipment to gauge radiation levels at homes, warehouses and religious centers of Muslim groups, and that the testing was done in or near parking lots and driveways, areas the government views as public property.
Hmm...so any smoker gets fined if cigarette smoke is detected external to their home...restaraunts are fined if you can smell their food cooking in the streets...hospitals and DR/DDs offices are scanned for x-ray leakage and fined if any is detected...but when ionizing Radiation (Gamma/x ray) is detected/looked for external to an Islamazi Klavern (Mosque) it's a violation of their "Freedoms"? What freedom is this one...the freedom to kill/irradiate the infidels?
Pound sand Islamazis and your quisling Ilk in the Marxiststream Mediots! Cry me a river, you dirty camel shaggers!
IOW...die and get the "F" out of my Country!

Could care less if they are angry or their feelings are hurt. We haven't had another 9/11 and I don't think that's all because of being lucky.

Now that the secret is out they'll have to store their nukes in the basement of the DNC building. Better put radiation badges on all the dems.

Those muslims who feel they have a right to a multicultural existence don't. It is written nowhere in the constitution. It is plain now that it does not work!

Replace the word Muslim with Terrorist and it is probably closer to the truth.
I would think that they would want to be protected from harm as other "Americans" are.
