Castrate and deport, two for one. Actually, three for one, they wouldn't be able to reproduce their own kind, and do the future of the world a favor. To add further insult, have a pig farmer do the castration and feed the remains to his herd. That should make the mohammedan feel fine regarding his previous behavior.
