Democrat Rep. Jim McDermott of Seattle, who leaked the contents of an illegally recorded cell phone conversation between former House speaker Newt Gingrich and Rep. John A. Boehner, is complaining about the NSA's warrantless surveillance progam.

How could ANYone affiliate with the Democrats? Their deceit and intellectual dishonesty seems to know no bounds.

If you remember, that was an accident. Some Democratic-activist grandmother was innocently tape recording other people's cellphone calls as she sped along in her car when she accidently taped the Speaker of the House and innocently turned it over to a Democratic House member who, completely without malice, turned it over to the press corps, who, with glazed-eye-innocence broadcast his conversations to the world.
It was a big misunderstanding or something.
