"CINCINNATI Police are investigating an explosion outside an Ohio mosque.

Police closed streets near a house and worship center owned by the Islamic Association of Cincinnati late Tuesday. Investigators combed the area with bomb-sniffing dogs.

The explosion was reported more than two hours after evening prayers ended. No injuries have been reported.

The director of the city's chapter of the Council on American_Islamic Relations calls it "very disturbing."

I live in Northern Kentucky what have you heard or are you talking about the racial situation thats been going on over there off and on. When my son interned for channel five he had to go out with reporters to some pretty bad places over in cincy and he was scared to death. He would come home and tell me little things and you could see there were times he would be scared. He is now working down in bowling green and hopes to come back here at some time and work out of cincy.

You know Cincinnati could be a target just like any other big city. Don't the Bengals play Christmas Eve? That would be a big crowd but are they playing at home? I know everyone here in Kentucky are going crazy with Bengal fever. The other day at church we had a special Lessons and Carols for Christmas and hardly nobody was there especially the men. I think I heard something a while back that Cincinnati had the elements that could be considered a target for terroism. But I think they will go back to New York and will continue till they destroy it.
