Former Filipino lawmaker jailed in US returns home (Clinton donor Mark Jimenez)

A former Filipino lawmaker who was jailed in the US for illegally financing presidential campaign of former US president Bill Clinton flew back home on Sunday after spending two years in jail.

Former Manila congressman Mark Jimenez, who was also a wealthy businessman, was released from prison by US authorities last week. He was extradited to the US on December 26, 2002, on charges of tax evasion and conspiracy to defraud the US and commit election- financing offenses.

He was found to have illegally contributed millions of dollars to the presidential campaign of Clinton. A US Federal Court sentenced him to 27 months'imprisonment and was ordered to pay the US government 1.2 million US dollars in restitution.

We will never see the end of Clintoon nor his follies and criminal buddies... never... he will continue popping up where least expected and when unwanted.

The really salient point is that Slick Willie is a boob and his wife is taking New York for a ride. When will you guys up there EVER WAKE UP? I apologize for foisting them upon you .... but you should have known better.
