Unlike other vitamins, it can be made in our bodies as a result of exposure to sunlight, providing the necessary starting materials are there to start with. It is also contained in a few foods including oily fish, fish oils, butter and eggs.

Hmmmm. Proving yet again that the alarmists have probably caused more harm than good.

And, they always seem just SO surprised by it.
