Sounds like she deserves a medal to me.
I noted that she shot and killed MOM too, as mom was the enabler who let dad do his heinous crimes. No protection at all for those poor girls. Imagine that, DAD molesting and MOM standing by her man...
Why? If her parents sexually molested her and her sisters, then why would she EVER allow either one of them anywhere near her teenage daughter? By allowing known child molestors the opportunity to be alone with her own daughter, she was complicit in the assault on her daughter that she claims as justification for committing patricide and matricide.
It sure seems like the rest of the family supports her claim and that's important to me as far as her credibility is concerned. I don't understand why this woman allowed her daughter to even be around these people and that troubles me. I agree with you, though, she should have been commended on the basis of "they needed killin'".
And I've never heard of an 80 year-old with a crack pipe or did I read that wrong?
Not hardly. She allowed her father access to her daughter, knowing what kind of person he was. She was an accessory before the fact to her daughter's molestation. She ought to be locked up for that alone.
I have no problem with her killing the bastard, but it doesn't make her any less evil.

I am so totally creeped out.
Surely this woman snapped when she found out (temporary insanity defense, if there ever was one, sheesh!), and I would never have convicted her. It should have gone to a jury, what the heck was her lawyer thinking?
With evidence like that, the sworn testimony of 3 daughters, and the ability to do a paternity test on at least 2 children/grandchildren, I would venture to say that the situation was as bad as indicated. That being said, someone snapping and killing them is revenge, not justice. If Dad is smoking crack, turn his butt in and appeal to the court with evidence of molestation and abuse.

This is in reference to the subject you covered on Dec.15th. I am the older sister of Alma Frakes and the one named in the aricles.'Woman gets 22 years for killing her parents". Someone told me about this website and I found it all very interesting. In reading the comments, I can tell some people support us and others doubt the truth of our story. I am giving all of you a chance to get the story straight from the source. I sent this to most of the people that were in the forum. But, I welcome anyones inquires. All I can say at this point is that what you read is true and something only us involved can understand.
