I don't belive you can even get CO status based on a "belief in humanity" only for religious reasons. So now you have secular humanists seeking Concientious objection?

Perhaps she is one of those leftists who was propped up to join the Military, so she could be used as an example by the other leftists.

I can see how a conscript might honestly claim Conscientious Objector status.

But a volunteer? No Way! I can only see a less-than-honorable discharge for breech of contract.

CO status is only operative during a draft.

In WWII. Koreas and Vietnam, there were 2 types of CO staus granted by local draft boards, 1-O (objecting to serve in the military) and 1-A-O (objecting to bear arms, but not to serve. Most in the later category were trained as medics and shipped out. Many served in Vietnam.
