Investigation and Indictment of John F. Kerry for Treason
The Federalist Patriot ^ | 12/12/05 | Mark Alexander

2005 Update on the "Petition for Investigation and Indictment" of John F. Kerry for treason.

We have received thousands of inquiries about the 2004 "Petition for Investigation and Indictment" of John Kerry. According to legal experts, John Kerry's meetings with enemy agents from Communist North Vietnam on multiple occasions between 1970 and 1972 are not covered under Jimmy Carter's amnesty as outlined in EO 4483.

For that reason, on 22 October 2004, we delivered to U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft a "Petition for Investigation and Indictment" calling on the Department of Justice to determine conclusively whether Kerry's actions, in direct violation of UCMJ (Article 104 part 904), U.S. Code (18 USC Sec. 2381 and 18 USC Sec. 953) and other applicable laws and acts of Congress, constitute treason, and disqualify him from any future campaign for any national office. (To read the text of the petitioners' request, link to -- http://patriotpetitions.us/kerry/letter.asp) However, John Ashcroft's resignation from his post as AG on 6 November has delayed action on this request.

We plan to pursue this issue, as its endorsers have requested, to its resolution. We fully expect an answer from the Attorney General, but at this time, the Justice Department has refused to take any action on petition. In reality, given the political sensitivity of this request, we don't expect any action until late in 2005 at the earliest. To expedite our request (force the DoJ's hand), we are contemplating forming alliances with other groups like the Swiftees, Vietnam Vets associations and POW groups, and moving forward with this legal challenge. We will keep you posted.

In the meantime, please encourage additional signers to link to http://patriotpetitions.us/kerry and sign the petition. We will update the number of signers each time we make official inquiry to determine the status of our request.

And a memo to John Kerry: Where is your SF 180 John?

I emailed the Federalist Patriot to see whatever became of the petition, and this is the response. Is Free Republic interested in forming an alliance with the Federalist Patriot and others to resolve this issue once and for all?

The AG should indict Kerry the day after the elections in 2006 while they are still stinging from their defeats. Then keep heaping it on until they can't breath in 2008.

I can only speak for myself as one, but I'd support your efforts. I completely agree as to your complaints and why.

Respectful recommendation.... If I may...

As long as this is only petitions and alliances with other like-minded groups, it will likely only be seen as another political banner blowing in the winds of the day.

When there are competent legal teams, a suit against DOJ and some kind of court order or a writ of mandamus for the AG/DOJ to do their job on this matter -- then we will see appropriate action.

I would love to see this come to fruition -- shine the light brightly on all the facts.

I don't think Kerry will ever be much more than a pain-in-the-@ss for the remainder of his career.

He'll never again be close enough to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. for people to care much.

And it sure doesn't look like Massachusetts has much of a problem electing known criminals, liars, murderers, drunks and rapists to represent them.

And THAT list just covers the Kennedy Family! Don't get me started on Barney Fag.

This may sound alittle like a Hollyweird scenario but:

A delegation of at least three individuals should approach the Senator in the Senate Office building. This should be preplanned so that he is caught unawares.

One individual would walk up to the senator and extend a hand in friendship saying, "Senator, I'd like to shake your hand!" His left hand will be handcuffed and the other hand cuff will be palmed so as to be unseen. Once the hand is grasped the handcuff is applied to the extended hand the announcement is made, "Senator I am making a citizens arrest for your treasonous actions in violation of US Constitution."

Meanwhile the other two gentleman will act as bodyguards and will film the encounter. When the Capital Police arrive, they will be asked to call the Secret Service so that the Senator can be taken into Federal Custody for his actions. A legal arrest warrant will have been drawn up and any other documentation will be on hand. When this goes down Fox News will be alerted and then the poop hits the fan and TAR_esa will be of no help!!!

Hanging is appropriate, but not in Kerry's case.

Life term in Leavenworth would be my vote.

Then I can go do something that'll get me a room down the hall.
