* * * * * Since its founding in 1994, the Council on American-Islamic Relations and its employees have combined, conspired, and agreed with third parties, including, but not limited to, the Islamic Association for Palestine (“IAP”), the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (“HLF”), the Global Relief Foundation (“GRF”), and foreign nationals hostile to the interests of the United States, to provide material support to known terrorist organizations, to advance the Hamas agenda, and to propagate radical Islam. The Council on American-Islamic Relations, and certain of its officers, directors, and employees, have acted in support of, and in furtherance of, this conspiracy.

Senior CAIR employee Randall Todd Royer, a/k/a “Ismail” Royer, pled guilty and was sentenced to twenty years in prison for participating in a network of militant jihadists centered in Northern Virginia. He admitted to aiding and abetting three persons who sought training in a terrorist camp in Pakistan for the purpose of waging jihad against American troops in Afghanistan. Royer’s illegal actions occurred while he was employed with CAIR.

CAIR's Director of Community Relations, Bassem Khafagi , was arrested by the United States due to his ties with a terror-financing front group. Khafagi pled guilty to charges of visa and bank fraud, and agreed to be deported to Egypt. Khafagi’s illegal actions occurred while he was employed by CAIR.

On December 18, 2002, Ghassan Elashi, founding board member of CAIR-Texas, a founder of the Holy Land Foundation, and a brother-in-law of Musa Abu Marzook , was arrested by the United States and charged with, among other things, making false statements on export declarations, dealing in the property of a designated terrorist organization, conspiracy and money laundering. Ghassan Elashi committed his crimes while working at CAIR, and was found Guilty.

CAIR Board Member Imam Siraj Wahaj, an un-indicted co-conspirator in the first World Trade Center bombing, has called for replacing the American government with an Islamic caliphate, and warned that America will crumble unless it accepts Islam.

*Pakistani Gang Rapist Claims "Right" To Assault The eldest of four Pakistani gang rapist brothers has admitted lying at trial and apologised to his victims but said he thought he had a right to rape the "promiscuous" teenage girls ...He said it was only now, since he had gained a "better understanding of Australian culture", that he knew the rapes were wrong ... He agreed he knew the girls did not want to have sex. "[TW] said no but I go ahead with it because I believe that at the time I commit these offences, I believe that she was promiscuous …" he said. "She don't know us, I don't know her, like she was not related to us and she was not wearing any purdah … like she was not … covered her face, she was not wearing any headscarf and she started drinking with us and she was singing ...

*Danish Muslim Group Charged With Funding Terrorism The Justice Ministry said an investigation launched in 2002 showed the two Al-Aqsa members had collected money in Denmark and transferred it to "Middle Eastern organizations which are part of or have connections to the terror organization Hamas."... The Danish Al-Aqsa Association was founded in 1999, taking its name from Jerusalem's most important mosque. It has in the past denied it has links to militant organizations in the Middle East, saying it supports orphans in Palestine ...

*US Official In Talks With Iraqi Insurgents Time quoted U.S. Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad as saying "We will intensify the engagement, interaction and discussion with them." He said reaching out to Sunnis regarding their "legitimate concerns" makes sense because of rifts between the nationalist and al Qaeda camps in the insurgency ...Hadley said Khalilzad is also authorized to have "very low level" talks with Iranian officials in Baghdad "for the very limited purpose of making clear to the Iranians that we are seeing Iranian equipment and technology showing up, in Iraq, in the hands of people that are attacking the coalition, and that this is unacceptable."...

*Belgian Female Suicide Bomber Hits Baghdad A woman who carried out a suicide attack in Iraq two weeks ago was identified Tuesday as the first European female suicide bomber ... American military forces identified the woman at a combat scene in Baghdad. She was carrying recently issued Belgian identity papers which revealed she had traveled via Turkey. There are no traces of her radical husband who is believed to have organized her trip...

*Charity Cash For Palestinian Poor Was Siphoned To Suicide Bombers Ahmed Salatna, 43, a Hamas activist from the West Bank town of Jenin, was remanded in custody by a military court charged with distributing €9m (£6.2m) for such purposes over the past nine years. The recipients are alleged to have included the family of a young man who blew himself up at the Sbarro pizza restaurant in Jerusalem in August 2001, killing 15 people and wounding 107 ...The charge sheet names two British charities, Human Appeal International and Interpal. ..."Jenin is known as the capital of the suicide bombers. There is no doubt in police minds that Mr Salatna's arrest will be a major blow to those who rely on economic support from Hamas in order to carry out terrorist acts and to give their families financial backing."...

*Fundamentalism In French Workplace In companies such as supermarket chains in immigrant-heavy areas, for instance, militant recruiters cause workplace tensions by imposing fundamentalist ideas on co-workers and pressuring managers to boycott certain products, the study says. On a more sinister level, the study asserts that Islamic networks are trying to establish a presence in firms involved in sectors such as security, cargo, armored cars, courier services and transportation. Once they gain a foothold, operatives raise funds for militants via theft, embezzlement and robbery, ...

*JI Plot To Kill Aussie Ministers Bill Hardy lost his 20-year-old son, Billy, in the attacks on October 12, 2002, and addressed last month's service. He was defiant about the plot and said he would return to Bali for memorial services in the future..."I'm not going to be dictated to by these cowards. These scum are not going to stop me going to Bali," ... "It's a memorial for someone who was murdered. If I say I'm not going because of them, once I've done that I'm beaten . "Mr Hardy said he was "delighted" when he heard Azahari had been killed. "They're murderers and barbarians. Even in death, he was a coward. *Imam Fawaz Damra Prepared For Deportation Imam Fawaz Damra, the spiritual leader of Ohio's largest mosque, was convicted in June 2004 of concealing ties to three groups that the U.S. government classifies as terrorist organizations when he applied for U.S. citizenship in 1994 ... Damra, 44, was arrested early Friday without incident, the immigration office said...In Damra's trial last year, prosecutors showed video footage of Damra and other Islamic leaders raising money for an arm of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, which has been listed as a major terrorist group by the State Department since 1989 ...

*King Abdullah Calls For All-Out War On Islamic Militancy "At the same time, it reaffirms our need to adopt a comprehensive strategy to confront the Takfiri culture," Abdullah said, referring to the ideology adopted by Al Qaeda and other militants who condone the killing of those they consider infidels... Abdullah said the strategy should "not only deal with the security dimension, but also the ideological, cultural and political spheres to confront those who choose the path of destruction and sabotage to reach their goals."...

*Suspect In Bush Assassination Plot Convicted Abu Ali, a 24-year-old U.S. citizen born to a Jordanian father and raised in Virginia, could get life in prison on charges including conspiracy to assassinate the president, conspiracy to hijack aircraft and providing support to al-Qaida ...Jurors in the three-week trial saw a videotaped confession Abu Ali gave to the Saudis ...Prosecutors denied Abu Ali, who was enrolled at the Islamic University of Medina at the time of his arrest, was ever mistreated. They presented videotaped testimony from his Saudi interrogators who said he confessed immediately after being confronted with evidence obtained from other al-Qaida members ...

*200,000 Jordanians Protest Amman Terror Attacks "Zarqawi, from Amman, we say to you: 'You are a coward,' " protesters chanted while brandishing banners with the names of their tribes from every part of Jordan .... "More than 100,000 people took part in the demonstration which left the al-Husseini mosque and then moved towards Amman town hall," security forces spokesman Bashir al-Daajeh told Agence France-Presse. "Their number increased as the demonstrators were approaching the town hall and then reached 250,000," ... The demonstrators marched along a mile and a half route before arriving at the town hall, where several asked the public to denounce "this savage terrorist crime" or to recite poems in praise of Jordan and the royal dynasty...

*Ayaan Hirsi Ali To Make Gay Islam Film Ayaan Hirsi Ali received death threats after her work on Submission, a film about Islam's treatment of women.Van Gogh was shot and stabbed by a Muslim radical, Mohammed Bouyeri, as he cycled through Amsterdam in 2004. The film will use anonymous actors and carry no credits in an effort to protect those involved in the project. "I examine the position of homosexuals in Islam in the film Submission II," she told the De Volkskrant newspaper.

*Sydney Cell Had Bomb Chemicals To Make 15 Bombs The Sydney arm of an alleged Islamic terror network had stockpiled enough chemicals to make at least 15 large bombs ...The eight suspects, arrested in Sydney Tuesday and charged with conspiracy to manufacture explosives for a terrorist attack, had registered a series of company names to justify buying large quantities of industrial chemicals, ..."My understanding of the evidence is that some of the product had been actually purchased, others had been ordered," .... *Army Translator Accused Of Being A Double Agent The man was ordered held without bail on charges of falsifying his identity after Assistant U.S. Attorney John Buretta argued the defendant posed a threat to American forces ...The prosecutor claims the man had more than 100 conversations this year with people directly involved with the insurgency, including some whose numbers were found at suspected safehouses for Jordanian extremist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi ... Investigators also discovered the man had improperly taken to his New York apartment classified documents about combating the insurgency, ...As he worked in Iraq, the FBI and Department of Defense discovered that he had fabricated his name, birth date, native country,...

*Bali Bombings Suspect 'Blows Himself Up' Police said Dr Azahari, a Malaysian explosives expert nicknamed the Demolition Man and accused of coordinating attacks on Bali that have killed more than 200 people, is believed to have deliberately blown himself up rather than be arrested ...Indonesia's national police chief, General Sutanto, told reporters that officers and snipers had surrounded the hideout of Azahari, who studied for his doctorate at Reading University in the 1980s ...

*Non-Muslims "Must Wear Scarves" The minister in charge of national unity, Maximus Ongkili, said the decision by the International Islamic University earlier this year was not a religious one, but merely part of university procedures ..."In a multi-racial country each community must respect one another. But at the same time we must respect the laws of the country, institutions and organisations to ensure there is no disturbance to the community," ...He was responding to opposition leader Lim Kit Siang, who had read out an email from a non-Muslim undergraduate from the university complaining she was forced to wear a headscarf to her graduation ceremony. Lim accused the government of recanting on an April statement that non-Muslims would be "encouraged" but not forced to wear headscarves. "So why the change now? Is this not disrespectful of a plural society," ...

*Lodi Muslims Oppose CAIR Qayyum said that Khan and Ahmed "divided our families -- brothers against brothers, sisters against sisters. If (CAIR) is going to go out to support these people, we're going to protest. We're going to try to get 400 to 500 people to go to the office in Sacramento ...CAIR's executive director, Basim Elkarra, declined to comment Friday about the disputes ...Qayyum said some local Muslims have called Elkarra to protest CAIR's support of the imams.

*Jihad comes to Small Town, USA Khaled and his friends were pretty unhappy about it, and while in New York, they came up with a plan to "teach a lesson" to the passengers and crew. You can imagine the story Khaled told. He described how he and his friends whispered to each other on the flight, made simultaneous visits to the restroom, and generally tried to "spook" the other passengers. He laughed when he described how several women were in tears, and one man sitting near him was praying...As the meeting drew to a close, the imam gave a brief speech calling for the protection of Allah on the mujahideen fighting for Islam throughout the world, and reminded everyone that it was their duty as Muslims to continue in the path of jihad, whether it was simple efforts like those of Khaled and his friends, or the actual physical fighting of men like Eyad...
