Neither....he suffered from MS. I just saw pics of him on FOX when he was in a wheelchair. He looked terrible.

Woops.....I was wrong (???). FOX just said that it was a heart attack that killed him. Earlier I was hearing nothing but his having MS, so I thought that was the reason. My apologies.

I did too, seems like it almost should not have been shown....all shaking like that and so pale and disoriented.
