No capture. Kill him and don't tell a soul. Never give them a reason to treat him as a martyr. His capture would just cause more wide scale terror that will demand him release.
A silent death is the only option.

I don't trust our legal system or the Iraqi legal system with either one of these bums - or with Saddam for that matter.
Just tell the military; "bring 'em in dead, you get a medal, bring 'em in alive, you get a court marshal".

At risk of anominity; I will be deployed to the middle east early in the new year.
Understand that I obey orders. That said; if I were ever in the situation to either capture or kill them, seeing what has been going on with the Saddam trial, I pray that the situation would be one where they would die!
