(2) Sometimes he would shoot cruise missiles into pharmaceutical plants in the middle of the night and kill the all night janitors.

What exactly did Clinton do while he was president?

He went on several multi-billion dollar vacations all paid for by us. The one I remember in particular is when he took Chelsea for a grand tour of India and there were others to Europe, Africa. Of course he also had a lot of fun with Monica in the oval office.
