Bush reaches out to Midshipmen at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where he spoke on the War on Terror. The President thanked the Midshipmen for volunteering to serve and told them America is grateful for their devotion to duty. 
At the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. President Bush said, 'As the Iraqi forces grow more capable, they are increasingly taking the lead in the fight against the terrorists.'
