"please tell me bill's at the library!"

It looks like a bunch of trailers stacked on top of one another, so if one's in the area, the tornado magnet effect should pull the funnel right on down there.

*sigh*

I just left this region of Arkansas not too long. Such a beautiful part of the world with the Ozarks rolling by rivers and lakes... The homes aren't very substantial up there at all. :(

Guess I'll be seeing them here shortly in Memphis. The weather is very strange now, and we are seeing gusts of wind.

Kansas got off pretty much untouched. Some reports of touchdowns but little damage. Some reports of damage out near Fort Riley but the Kansas City area escaped unscathed. My back yard looks like it's covered in snow from the hail we got.

Nasty looking line on intellicast.com.

I don't understand why this thread didn't stay in Breaking News for at least a while?

Just talked to my brother who is SW of LR by Benton. 3-4" hail, 5-7 funnels in the area, 100 MPH gusts at his house.

Very ugly situation.

Because it is Arkansas? Who knows...the mods leave them up for hurricanes but not tornado outbreaks.

This is a dangerous outbreak for Arkansas. This should be in breaking. Most of the crap that makes it into breaking isn't even news.

pathetic

It isn't even on the news news. I can't find anything about it on MSNBC.com or FOX.
