I think that the libs have so few "blue" choices that they have to pad it.

Bingo! As a red-stater, I wouldn't use the list to boycott the companies.

I'd actually research the stores first. There are some obvious leftists on the list (Starbucks) and others that are not so obvious (Claire's Stores gave 100% of its campaign contributions to Democrats).

Yet I seem to recall that the CEO and founder was in trouble with the pinkos because he's a big supporter of Israel. That warms me toward Starbucks. The WOT kinda takes front seat for me.

This is complicated; boycotts need reasons that are proportionate. I think the point of that list is to make liberals feel special, not to accomplish anything toward liberal goals in the real world.
