CNN ^ | 11/14/05

Opposition parties introduced a no-confidence motion on Thursday that is expecte to topple Prime Minister Paul Martin's government and election campaign during the holidays.

Canada's three opposition leaders say they will vote Monday to bring down Martin's minority government.

They claim the Liberal Party no longer has the moral authority to lead the nation, referring to a corruption scandal within the liberal ranks.

Conservative Party leader Stephen Harper has garnered enough opposition votes to bring down the government after Martin rejected their demand to go to the polls after the Christmas holidays are over.

The scandal in Canada is appalling - the Liberals think they can get away with any corruption, particularly since they had help from Weird Bill's sometime girlfriend, Belinda Stronach. Enough - it's time for Prime Minister Harper, and for Canada to take its rightful, honourable place among nations.

Regards, Ivan

Ivan, don't sugarcoat it.

Liberals think they can get away with corruption anywhere there is a free society thus Canada is isn't alone with tolerating this despicable political annoyance.

Dogma of liberal thinking is focused upon getting away with as much scandal as one can without personal scrutiny being applied.

We're far from out of the woods. Bringing down the government is only the first step. The sheeple voted them in once and it can happen again ... God forbid. But for now, I too will enjoy the show.

Who is the guy with the snow on his roof, double door knockers, and the fancy buckle to promote access to the basement with wanton disregard?

Well, it's really too bad that Canada hangs on to that parliamentary form. 'Twould be better for them to have a republican form. But that is, of course up to the Canadian people.

Understood. Sadly, my reaction is the same as we experience our own Democrat party. Nothing is too over the top, and they fail to realize they have to take responsibility for their actions. Bill Clinton is the obvious example, but it's throughout their party.

It's only half in jest that some would disband the Democrats for being a criminal enterprise.
