Yes, he looks good and speaks well. That's about it.
But the more you listen to him the less impressive he becomes.
His speeches are full of cliches and hot air, lacking in real substance and his claims are way too easy to refute. He weak in character.
Absolutely correct. I watched this walking cliche the other night on one of the cable news outlets and when he was asked about his Party being accused of having a "cut and run" agenda he launched into an answer that was made up of 4-6 word sound bites. some of which were not even relevant to the question. For example, one of the statements he made was concerning our need to develop alternative energy sources. which had nothing to do with finishing the job in Iraq. The guy is part Muslim and I pray he is on the ticket in 2008. Only the libs are stupid enough to believe Americans would put one of these maniacs a heartbeat away from the presidency.
John Q public...would probably listen and think he sounds just fine. I find him to be a political whore...but I'm also able to see that he's a "charming" politician, with limited national appeal because of his very foreign and strange sounding name.
