You can fool all of the people some of the time
You can fool some of the people all of the time
But you can't fool all of the people all of the time, except old farts.
A liberal, and a black liberal to boot. (No racism intended)
.
And a miserable, anti-American bum.
What has he ever done except get elected to the senate along with many other fakes. I bet he could not hold a job cleaning houses or waiting tables.
Pardon me, I have to go get sick.
In truth, he is just another phony moderate, distinguishable from Evan Bayh, Mark Warner, etc, only by his racial makeup. But the Democrats and media have anointed him as the second coming, and as with Hillary, will do all in their power to hide his true leftwing stripes, and instead present him as a paragon of moderation and centrism.
Well said.
He has one fatal flaw...
His name. I don't care if he was a republican, or any other ethnicity...we are still not at the point to elect someone with a "strange" sounding name.
This says it all. Kinda reminds me of the sweet young thing that thinks that the boys all like her for her keen wit and sparkling personality.
Just saying!
A radical Socialist.
Fortunately there is a new era of scrutiny, thanks largely to the internet, that stifles their ability to move to the right at election time and legislate as a pure leftist when elected.
And when he beat the Machine Candidate, Dan Hynes, in the Rat primary for Senator, the RATS were on suicide watch. Yep he made a deal with SATAN - sold his soul, that's the only logical conclusion for this sudden 'stardom'. (Kind of like no talent Cher winning an OSCAR)
Probably went through the same soul broker as did the Clintoons.
A mixed-race African of Arabic and American descent, with uncertain ties to Christianity.
On the fast track to becoming the selectee for the Vice President on the Dem'crat ticket.
Dem'crat nominees are not chosen by ballot, haven't been for years. Most of the maneuvering is done in closed rooms, and the results, like the outcome of Mafia conferences, are determined by who is the last person standing.
Look for Clinton/Obama in 2008.
Yes, he looks good and speaks well. That's about it.
But the more you listen to him the less impressive he becomes.
His speeches are full of cliches and hot air, lacking in real substance and his claims are way too easy to refute. He weak in character.
..this is similar to the uncontrollable slobbering the Dems and the press did over Julian Bond and generation ago.
