- I knew they'd eventually use that POS "patriot" act to harass gun owners. Now are you starting to see why many of us have been against it from day one? It's turned the slippery slope into free fall.
Come on, now. We haven't had any terrorist attacks on U.S. soil since the Patriot Act was passed, so that's PROOF it's working. Besides, isn't it worth giving up a little liberty (or even a lot) in exchange for safety? I mean, a false sense of security is better than no security.....right?
