Do you--does anyone--know what actions, if any, the people, themselves can initiate? The mutual protection racket writ large is alive and well in DC; the political class in Washington will never, ever irradicate this scourge. clinton's first impeachment was never a serious endeavor. It was conducted purely as cover and for theatrical effect.
