I'm getting sick and tired of hearing about these protests. Can we please just ignore them? Their message sucks and they really get mad when they are ignored.

They've been to my church a couple of times. You can't "just ignore them," because they stand right by the doors, holding signs and shouting. Real fruit-loop in-your-face types. Not the sort of bastards you want to try to ignore at a funeral. But they're also pansies.
(Given their penchant for theatrics, and the serious unreasonableness with which they approach homosexuality, I suspect that they're closet homosexuals....)
It is important to keep track of Phelps and his queer little band of freaks so they aren't given an opportunity to harm the families of our fallen soldiers.
If you read further posts, you will see that Freepers and others are making sure that they are kept from view of the grieving families.
