Amazing show of restraint by the people who attended not to beat the sh*t out of these little pukes.....
I don't think I could have done it.....
20 plus years ago I waded into one of the Iranian protest in DC.....if it wasn't for a reserve buddy of mine who was a LT. in the DC PD, who pulled me out and told the other cops involved to back off, I would have spent the night in jail.
Instead I know I cracked the ribs of at least two protesters and left another unconscious on the ground.
Unfortunately as my wife will attest, I haven't matured much since then so my hat's off to those "good" guys and gals that attended.
On the other hand, I live in Topeka. The best way to react to them is to turn your back. They make their money suing people who react to their vile message. Then they take their message to funerals of our war heros. What to do...................
Despicable . . . .
Recall the old saying, "Evil triumphs when good men do nothing."
One is tempted to desire the application of axe handles to a few of these SOBs' knees.
If it could be done in a vacuum it would be satisfying. Unfortunately there is no such thing with these scum. They are filming every minute to back up their claims.
The first step would be for local police not to give them the benefit of a cordon around them.Maybe if I started protsting I could get the city to provide me personnel body gaurds.
Tell them to call if they are attacked.
Thank you for what you did.
This vicious group of demons finance their dispicable behaviour by using a phalanx of lawyers that sue anyone that libels, assualts, or slanders them. Be very careful when confronting them.
I have been told that this group of weirdos (Fred Phelps followers) are for the large part related. After observing them for a short time I decided that perhaps they are a little too related.
Just when is Ladder Day, anyway? I don't want to miss it.
The flags these scum were standing on were handed over to a VFW member present for a proper retirement. The Viet Nam vet biker who presented them said they deserved a proper dismissal having proven that this country is free. I personally saw men holding each other back when these pigs were putting on their little show. They can consider themselves very fortunate that Colorado law enforcement was there to protect them. When this Fred Phelps group left a large group of the honor guard, the Greeley Mayor, and law enforcement came around a shook almost every hand of the counter protestors present if not every hand. Anyone from Colorado and some from Wyoming can be proud of the way PFC Mackenzies funeral was protected.
I can't agree with banning the speech. However, the jerks should have no protection from the consequences of their speech. The legal term "fighting words" comes to mind.
time for the IRS to do an investigation to see if this effort goes beyond their tax exempt status.
"...I wipe better stuff than those people off the soles of my shoes...."
I wipe better stuff than those people off a bodily orifice that can't be mentioned for fear of getting banned.
Essentially the same stuff, mine just once belonged to a sick dog. ;)
These whack-jobs aren't Liberals. They are against the Army letting Gays in the military.
