The IP address related to the domain points to RIPE Network Coordination Centre, a company in Amsterdam. The registrant's email address is netzwerkresistencia@hotmail.com and there is even a telephone number (+41.14562315) of Orlando Higuita.

With the fall of the Soviet Empire, the Marxist center of gravity shifted west, way west, probably to somewhere near Brussels. Besides the EU parliament itself, Marx has also found a warm and affectionate home in American newsrooms and universities.
Post-soviet communists dress better and live better than they ever did all those years in Moscow or hiding out in some third world jungle somewhere. They get better press, too, because, well, they are the press.
