Sounds like it's time for a class action "Freedom of Information Act" suit.

He has been filing suits against those idiots down here in Texas that are trying to railroad Tom DeLay...
I am sure he would...darn, Tony Snow is going on the "disabled list" for about 3 weeks and he promised he was going to keep this out in the open and keep us informed.
Maybe he can do somethings from home as he recuperates from surgery...
So you get a report with a bunch of black crap all over the good bits.
