I think it was pirates--the same group that had attacked before...robbers, not necessarily Muslim extremists.
On another thread, someone said FOX reported that the attack on the cruise ship was preceeded by an Aussie govt warning specifically saying it expected a mooselimb attack on a cruise ship in that region.
sorry - but just like in WWII - when in doubt, the safety of this country and its citizens comes first before hurting the feelings of a small minority. Islolate, then verify as well as possible, then when the threat is over let them decide what they want. If they have any intelligence they will know why what happened did happen. The majority of the Japanese in the USA at the start of the war knew WHY they were being speprated and guarded.
Americans in Japan were simply executed.

Your question number one is incorrect. Sirhan Sirhan was a Christian Palestinian Arab, not a Muslim Palestinian Arab. Unfortunately, this mistake keeps reappearing.
Question 7 - Bobby Stethem wasn't involved in a rescue attempt. He was a passenger on the airliner who was singled out as a member of the US military, tortured, and then killed. I believe that modifying the question to reflect that fact would make it carry more impact than making it sound as though he were part of a rescue team - he was only a passenger. I remember this really well, he was only two years older than me, and we were both in the military - and his murder brought home the fact that there were people looking to kill us, just because we were US Military.

Got a much more space- and time-efficient means of referring to the various terrorists listed above:
Instead of "muslim male extremists mostly between the ages of 17 and 40,"
simply say "muslims."
Without the support of others in the muslim "community," the 17 to 40-year-old males wouldn't be acting as they are.
They share this responsibility equally, from the "imams" to their mothers and fathers.
