Can't some of Phelps' fellow Baptists intervene, or is Phelps BINO?

The WBC is an independent - completely unaffiliated with any other congregation of Baptists and not a member of the SBC, ABC or any other Baptist convention.

In point of fact, only two members of the WBC are not related to Fred Phelps by blood or marriage.

The WBC consists of Fred Phelps' extended family and two of his best friends.
