Libby was basically indicted for remembering a conversation with Russert slightly differently than the way Russert remembered it.

The SP emphasized the leaking of classified information from the CIA was an affront to all Americans. But Fitz then said naught about Wilson leaking his CIA report to the NY Slimes and writing a book about his secret mission to Niger?????
