No, she'll get deferred adjudication, complete it, and have the charge expunged. Then she'll grow up and go to law school to change the VERY broken system.

Except if she chooses to join the military, in which case she still has to disclose the fact that she was charged/convicted of a felony, even if it was later expunged.
