The following from a parallel story in the NY Sun
http://www.nysun.com/article/22112
It was not clear why Mr. Fitzgerald chose to use a back stairway or elevator to reach his session with the chief judge, but if he took the usual route he would likely have been followed by a parade of journalists who gathered at the courthouse to await predicted indictments in the case.
They claim don't know why he took the stairs then answer why in the same paragraph. Does this make sense to them.
The MSM is very responsible. We know whats in Karl Roves garage, which way Fitzgerald walked thru the courthouse, but nary a clue what Mr. Berger smuggled out in his undershorts.

Don't forget that Sandy Burglar not only stole classifed documents, but he destroyed some! I think destroying them gets lost in what crimes he did.

LMAO..yes..we now know what's in Rove's garage but:
I don't think it is his REAL house. Wasn't he driving a sweet Mercedes when he left the grand jury a few days back? Where does he park it? Not in that full one-car garage in that DECOY suburban home. I don't think the media would be able to contain themselves from revealing where Rove truly lived, if they knew.
LOL! KARL ROVE, you ROCK! I love it...

The concentrate on the important stuff.
Things concerning Mr. Berger just make their heads hurt.
