I just can't figure out why Fitz would go to Italy to see what the Italian Government had on the yellow cake thing. And if there is a 2nd GJ, it would be about that. Maybe someone in the CIA provided the false documents originally...hence, knew they were fake. But why provide them originally (during Clinton time frame?)

It makes total sense!
It's time for this investigation to focus on just that aspect of this whole thing.
Write to your Representatives and Senators demanding an investigation into the CIA and the possibility of a covert CIA plot to undermine the Constitutional authority of an elected president (and his administartion) to set the foreign policy of this country! Not only do I believe there was an operation to do this, but I believe the involvement of Joe Wilson and the MSM shows a plan to try and effect the outcome of the 2004 election using the findings of the "mission" ex-ambassador Wilson was sent on.
As I've said before, the more I learn about this and the more I think about it, it is all too obvious that this is where the crimes were commited. And I want answers and I want to see these treasonous creeps "frog-marched" out of their positions in the beaurocracy (or wherever)!
Enough is enough. It's time to get vocal and demand answers. We are at war with a serious enemy. The left would have us cut and run from Iraq and not be pre-emptive against the Islamofascist bastards who will do everything they can to destroy us, and take over, given the chance.
All I see with this is a big mess...wilson I feel started this with the help of Richard Novak and it looks like they will walk scott free....
Wilson is a liar...he said the VP asked him to go check out the yellow dust, when in fact it was his 'wife' how was suppost to be a 'covert agent' lololol....that pulled strings for him to start snooping...he hates President Bush, and I hope your right, I hope this new director cleans em all out and sends them to jail....
That is another thing that has bothered me about this mess....there are too many things that are going unanswered here...and I feel like alot of other people, they are out to get President Bush and bring him down, and for the life of me I don't know why...why would they want someone as dirty as clinton, and his slimy wife again, compared to President Bush....

Why would argueably the nation's best terrorism prosecutor, when terrorism prosecutions are growing by the day since before he was appointed, be appointed to investigate "a White House leak" ...?
A green-eyeshade type is what logic would have dictated. Instead, the Bush administration appoints it's best war prosecutor. Like sending the SWAT team after a stray chiwawa.
Go figure.

I've been posting that since this happened - forget Hersch, John Batchelor broke this story - he was talking about this angle almost from the start of the whole Wilson saga. The forged documents were planted by the french as a poison pill to discredit what was otherwise a legitimate piece of intelligence.
You mean Robert Novak...you might be right. I still wonder about his involvement. The whole thing disgusts me from the start, that some group of rogue CIA thugs within the department would work with the media to bring a president and a country to its knees. It's like a really bad Hollywood movie.
And why is the media largely ignoring the fact that Wilson was already OUTED as a complete liar by the 9/11 panel? Makes no sense!

This is a CIA INSIDE job. Several months ago on The John Batchelor radio show the story about the Plame leak came up. It was at a time when no one thought there was any crime on the part of Rove. We all knew Plame was no secret CIA operative and had not been overseas for over 5 years. It was all distant noise.
John Loftus, the anti-Bush family, intelligence guest, said, "This is going to bring down this Whitehouse." I was shocked. It was so out in left field. He keeps close contacts with intelligence people. He's a Democrat who hates the Bush family. Like someone who hates the Kennedy's because of Joe Kennedy. And Loftus knew something about how the President was going to be brought down.
Since the threat to President Bush's administration has now inched closer to trying to get him, and Loftus knew, IT'S AN INSIDE JOB. I will repeat this until someone goes back over those WABC radio transcripts or tapes or whatever they have to record this radio stuff, and hears how Loftus is in on it. There's the treason.
