MOSCOW, Oct. 26 (Xinhuanet) -- Russia will not give up its political dialogue with Iran and is ready to expand cooperation with the gulf country in all areas, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov said Wednesday.

"We are ready to promote and enlarge both the political dialog and cooperation in all areas" with Iran, Fradkov said at a meeting with Irania's First Vice-President Parviz Dadwoodi, who arrived here to attend the conference of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) prime ministers as an observer.

Russia is convinced that under the new Iranian leadership, the two countries will maintain and advance their friendly relations, according to the Russian premier.

The relations between Russia and Iran "rely on a solid legal groundwork and have developed into a multifaceted partnership," Fradkov said.

He noted that the two countries' relations are based on a massive treaty base and have acquired signs of a many-sided partnership.

Fradkov meanwhile expressed satisfaction with the fact that Iran and Russia have coinciding or close opinions on many international and regional issues, such as building a multi-polar world order and the UN's participation in the Afghan and Iraqi settlement.

It's amazing how impotent we are in spite of being the world's only superpower.

Iran wants to build nuclear weapons? We respond with harsh language.

Russia wants to support Iran and Syria? Nothing we can really do about it.

China coddles North Korea? No problem.

Chavez from Venezuela pokes a stick in our cage daily? No reaction.

I'm not saying Bush or anyone else is to blame for it, but it's obvious that we don't have a whole lot of political pull worldwide. Other countries pretty much do as they please with not much fear of any response from us.

The "Bad Guys" of the world sees a US media that hates the US, which uses its influence to inspire the masses to hate the Administration...better than PRAVDA ever could.

The "Bad Guys" of the world see us, seemingly, preoccuppied with Afgahnistan and Iraq...and an administration hesitant to pull the trigger on Iran and Syria.

The "Bad Guys" of the world see an opportunity...and they're moving to take advantage of it.

Bush needs, and this isn't alarmist but realistic, to declare "Total" war on Syria and Iran, finish the job of bring peace to the middle east...something that only force of arms can do.

Mr. Putin,

So sorry to hear you want to side with a known member nation in the Axis of Evil. The Iranian regime is a threat not only to the United States but to its neighbors, to Israel and to all predominately Muslim nations who seek to enter the 21st century.

It may soon be necessary for the free nations of the world to take action against the rogue regime in Iran.

You are either with us or against us.

Sincerely,
"W"
