"Bosnian police said Friday they arrested a Swede, a Turk and a local suspected of being involved in preparing an unspecified terrorist attack.

The trio, who were detained on Thursday, were "suspected of preparing a terrorist action," said Robert Cvrtak, the spokesman for the interior ministry of the Muslim-Croat half of Bosnia, without elaborating.

Two of them were transferred on Thursday to the state court of Bosnia-Hercegovina that deals with organized crime, war crimes and terrorism, Cvrtak told AFP."

I wonder - are there any Christian churches left or did they not get around to burning down the rest of them yet?

I hope some folks in NATO keep their eyes over the shoulders of locals to ensure that these terrorist weapons weren't bibles... Oh, wait, what am I saying.. Those same NATO troops watched the churches burn down in the first place.

If Mohammed, then not Swede. Olav maybe, Byarn, or Trygve?

The name of our own Swedish Gitmo man (now released) is Mohammed Ghezali.

I've posted a number of news items on Swedish terror suspects - common denominator, all immigrants from the Middle East or North Africa.

How dare you jump to conclusions! His name could very well be Atta, Abdul, Rashid, Hassam, Habib, Yusef, or perhaps Ibrahim...

According to muslim sources in Sarajevo they were preparing suicide attack on embassy of one EU country. Two objects were searched and explosive, arms and military equipment were found.

Maybe this time we won’t have to wait so long to hear some facts.

“On 5 July 2005, Bosnian Serb police officers discovered two devices containing 77 lb/35 kg of explosives near the Potocari memorial center for the victims of the 1995 Srebrenica massacre. Tens of thousands of family members, foreign dignitaries and others are scheduled to visit the site on 11 July for a commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the massacre. A police official stated that the devices were "ready to detonate" and that they were capable of causing large-scale casualties and damage. It has yet to be determined who planted the devices.”

are there any Christian churches left

Here's a list of over a thousand damaged and destroyed churches, monasteries, etc. compiled by the Catholic Church. Follow the links and each individual church is listed with details about what happened. You may be surprised, however, to see who did most of the damage.

According to today's "Sydsvenskan" (Swedish newspaper) the 18 year old "Swedish" suspect has dual citizenship, Bosnian and Swedish. No name has been released as yet, although odds are it ain't any of the first 3 on your list.
