The Brits don't owe for any unpaid parking tickets.

I believe they're already talking about it it San Fran. It then turns into the proverbial slippery slope.
Fine, but I was talking about the non-special people - everyday visitors. I don't see toll-booth tenders asking for ID of every1 to see if your tourist is a Brit - and he gets thru w/o paying.
I guess I don't always see why "diplomats" and politicos should get everything free.
