Scott McClellan has been one of the most ineffectual press secretaries in history. He has been a wet noodle, allowing the MSM to bash the Administration and Republicans at will. He never fought back with equal intensity before.

Suddenly, he grows a backbone, and it is over this disastrous nomination?

It is sad to watch our own side implode.

McClellan is a joke that can't give a straight answer.

"Anyone that knows her record and experience wouldn't be making such a suggestion

Gee, don't you think that's the issue? There is no record.

It seems almost as though Bush wants her to much. I'm beginning to wonder why that is. I'm waiting for the liberals on the committee to try to demean, humiliate, and utterly rip this woman to shreds. Until they do that, I will maintain suspicions about possible agreements made between Bush and parties heretofore unknown.

>>>Suddenly, he grows a backbone, and it is over this disastrous nomination?<<<

The entire Bush machine has suddenly grown a backbone over this nomination. Where where any of them when other Bush court nominations were being trashed? Where where any of them with Mike Brown was being trashed?

There is something very fishy about this nomination. Does Harriet have something over G.W. Bush?
