What "right" is being violated and who does the patdowns?
Has anybody been arrested as the result of a patdown?
The Link is considered private property. You follow the rules or you go home. Pat downs are conducted by the security force (independent contractors), with Phila. Police backup.
I've never seen any one arrested, but I've seen lots and lots of alcohol get "confiscated"....
