Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) October 12, 2005 -- Juanita Broaddrick and Kathleen Willey will visit the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum later this month to draw attention to the former president's treatment of women. They will be accompanied on the tour by attorney and author Candice E. Jackson.
Broaddrick and Willey have both accused Clinton of assaulting them. Broaddrick alleges that then-Governor Clinton raped her during a conference in Little Rock in 1978, and Willey says that Clinton sexually assaulted her when she worked in the White House in 1993. Both also charge that Clinton's inner circle -- including wife Hillary Rodham Clinton -- subsequently attempted to pressure and intimidate them into silence.
"Juanita, Kathleen, and I will be touring the Clinton Library to see firsthand how it portrays Bill and Hillary Clinton's treatment of women," says Jackson, an outspoken feminist and author of "Their Lives: The Women Targeted by the Clinton Machine" (World Ahead Publishing; hardcover $25.95; ISBN 0974670138). "The Clintons have crafted a public image of supporting womens rights, and yet they have both used their power to intimidate and attack women whom they viewed as politically inconvenient."
Willey claims she was subjected to a series of physical and verbal threats intended to pressure her to keep the assault in the Oval Office secret, and Broaddrick says three weeks after being raped she was approached at an event by a forceful Hillary who thanked her for "everything that you do" for Bill. Jackson notes that many other women have also reported similar treatment at the hands of Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Broaddrick, Willey, and Jackson plan to visit the Clinton Library on October 26.

That's unlikely, but surely Cindy Sheehan will join the cause in solidarity and protest until the Clintons agree to meet with Juanita and Kathleen, right?
To be covered by all the major networks, I'm sure.
I hope Clinton is there that day......... maybe he can suggest some ice for Juanita again.
Nevermind. I'll be banned for what I'm thinking and putting it into print.
...... and yesterday the ever incompetent, self-absorbed and self-righteous Sean Vanity neatly or foolishly avoided this assertion when interviewing Susan Estrich about HILLARY!
Brilliant.
?
ANYONE thinking of voting for Chappaqua Rose in 2008 should be introduced to this book!
It would be nice if they would wallpaper the women's restroom with hard copies of Mia T's post. Wall to wall posters. Maybe even exchange the toilet paper with imprinted rolls.
Or carry buckets of ice with them on the tour. Painted on the bucket would be: "Apply In Case Of Rape."
Wouldn't surprise me if they were turned away at the door.

It may be worth a try.

And without you covering up all the dirt and evil, Hillary, Bill would have been sh*t-out-of-luck all those years, and this country would have been free of you. You're just as guilty.
I am sure Skippy Rutherford will just roll out the red carpet for them.
BTW if he did, Kathleen and Juanita might have to watch where they stepped if said carpet had been previously under Bill's desk.
She really is sipping from the Kool Aid fountain, provided by the Clintons.
She is completely out there in left field.

For, Mrs. Broaddrick relates, he then put his arms around her, startling her.
"He told me, 'We're both married people,' " she recalls. She recalls, too, that in her effort to make him see she had no interest of this kind in him, she told him yes, they were both married but she was deeply involved with another man--which was true. She was talking about the man she would marry after her divorce, David Broaddrick, now her husband of 18 years. The argument failed to persuade Mr. Clinton, who, she says, got her onto the bed, held her down forcibly and bit her lips. The sexual entry itself was not without some pain, she recalls, because of her stiffness and resistance. When it was over, she says, he looked down at her and said not to worry, he was sterile--he had had mumps when he was a child.
"As though that was the thing on my mind--I wasn't thinking about pregnancy, or about anything," she says. "I felt paralyzed and was starting to cry."
As he got to the door, she remembers, he turned.
"This is the part that always stays in my mind--the way he put on his sunglasses. Then he looked at me and said, 'You better put some ice on that.' And then he left."
Her friend Norma Rogers, a nurse who had accompanied her on the trip, found her on the bed. She was, Ms. Rogers related in an interview, in a state of shock--lips swollen to double their size, mouth discolored from the biting, her pantyhose torn in the crotch. "She just stayed on the bed and kept repeating, 'I can't believe what happened.' " Ms. Rogers applied ice to Juanita's mouth, and they drove back home, stopping along the way for more ice.
That was my point.

And a good point it was!
I wonder how people like Estrich can get so moved from reality.
Stunning...
I sure hope so! Imagine if they invited Paula Jones and Genifer Flowers to join them too? Now that'd make a great photo op, wouldn't it?
And of course NOW will be there in support of these abused women.
