Many of you are aware that tomorrow will be posted the name of the mainstream newspaper that is publishing an 8,000 word story on Sunday about Peter Paul and Hillary.
As the Democrats focus on ethics as a means to dismantle the Republican leadership in congress, the Democrats continue to coverup the involvement of the leadership of the DNC in the Mother of All Campaign Finance Frauds. Hillary and her gang have managed to avoid justice as other scandals that pale in comparison get incredible coverage in the mainstream media. Hillary has allowed the filing of three fraudulent FEC reports from her 2000 campaign and has failed to report approximately $1.9 million spent by Paul on her campaign. It was all committed in broad daylight. Well, to be fair, the gala Clinton farewell concert was actually under the stars.
Hillary, Bill, and several others are expected to be raising their right hands in a Los Angeles superior courtroom sometime early in 2006. Hollywood stars will be witnesses. You bet that this will get mega coverage. Paul's civil trial and exposure of Hillary may be the only thing that can keep her out of the White House. During the 2006 campaign will be released the documentary INDICTING HILLARY, which will chronicle the massive campaign finance fraud.
In conjuction with the Peter Paul and Hillary story on Sunday, those on our side of the political spectrum will see a full-page ad in the WASHINGTON TIMES and AMERICAN SPECTATOR. With the Tom Delay indictment, the timing of this effort could not be better. It is being sponsored by THE UNITED STATES JUSTICE FOUNDATION.

Seems to me the last time she was under OATH all we heard was....

An OATH just wipes her BUTT and MIND Clean.
It seems to me that if Hillary or anyone else for that matter has unique information that may exonerate Mr. Paul of wrongdoing or implicate others in that activity then the presiding judge has an obligation under legal ethics to allow Mr. Paul's lawyers to call that person as a witness and be deposed under pain of perjury, regardless of that person's perceived celebrity status or station in national politics.

But the beast would be treated as her husband was. He was allowed to file a lying statement and instead of answering direct questions he would reply, "I refer you to my written lies." She will probably do likewise.
I share your skepticism, and apologies to Doug from Upland for confusing the litigants.
IMHO, NOTHING will happen to Hillary Clinton. She has proven time and time again that she is above the law and therefore legally untouchable.
You are right. She will never be charged. But if she gets bloodied enough, perhaps we keep her out of the White House.
