How Kerry has been able to be in the Senate, much moreso remain there, is an insult to any person who recognizes our Constitution, much moreso those who are sworn by oath to protect, defend and uphold it...like Senators, for starters.
I cannot to this minute understand how so much as one Democrat Senator can even stand there and lecture anyone about anything related to the Constitution and morality while they've also gone on record as supporting, endorsing, even campaigning for, John Kerry. But as a whole, the Senate comprised of people of both parties, I cannot understand how any of them could not wage some efforts to remove Kerry from their midst. He deserves federal pen time and has for a long while. There is just no excuse that this guy has been able to remain unpunished for his acts and behaviors of treason and dishonesty, and that he's a member of the Senate degrades and insults the legislative body.
The Swiftvets are heroes and are doing the work the Senate won't. Kerry bringing suit against them is almost certainly the act of a man with billions who can get attorneys to do tap dances in the corner coffee shop for the right price.
