Disabling Able Danger
The Washington Post Blog ^ | 9/28/2005 | William Arkin

As I wrote yesterday, Shaffer is pretty lonely in his recollections. Of some 80 people interviewed by the Defense Department as part of its Able Danger internal investigation, the Pentagon says that three additional workers remember seeing either a chart with a photo or a reference to Mohamed Atta.

I know, you're thinking not another Arkin column. I agree with you, but the fact is unfortunately, the Arkin posts are part of the public conversation of the Able Danger story.

But you may really enjoy the fisking of Arkin's column that AJ Strata does at The Strata-Sphere.

And you may like to leave Mr. Arkin a comment here-I know I have.

The total lack of concern of treason that Able Danger was trying to expose proves that were are no longer, the United States of America. We are something WORSE that what the old Soviet Union ever was. At least THEY were honest about their beliefs!

After seeing the UNBELIEVABLE pile of lies coming from EVERY "republican" politician today concerning everything it seems like .... I just awoke inside of a nightmare.

FEMA's ex-director getting trashed by "repubs" while they kissed up to the putrid dimwitted louisiana governor while she continued unabated and unchallenged in her tirade against decency and America.

The "repub" congressman from Louisiana, the Indian who lost the governors race thanks to the RNC kissing up to mary landrieu, REFUSING to say that the order of evacuation must come from the mayor and governor first before the fed can step in. He was DIRECTLY asked on Fox news and he smiled and LIED!

What would YOU call a govt who will now forcefully take over the responsibilities of all the states?

Everywhere I heard it sounded like bill clinton's white house - except that all these were dressed like "elephants" instead of jackasses.

So it appears that as of today, we are now under the dictatorship or fascist state of ???? what the hell is the new name of this country?

We are no longer a representative republic led by moral and honest leadership. We are a nation of sheeples led by - not wolves - but by jackals!

Sieg Heil will seem like a schoolyard chant I'm afraid before this bunch is done.

I have a feeling there is no way to disable Able Danger. Probably going to take a lot more than Frist/DeLay to stop it. Fear and desperation rule as the dems are no doubt anxious as to how this all pans out. Unfortunately truth is absolute and in the end tends to see the light of day.

These articles are published in the Washington Post so that Democrat Washington politicos have some mud to throw at Weldon and the other Able Danger people. The "facts" contained therein will become part of the Democrat talking points.
