Four bullets will spare the world a lot of misery.
I know from my own observation that is one great country. There are schools in America where 90 per cent of the students qualify for free or reduced priced lunches, but the over half of those students have cell phones. What a country.
If I would have even thought about pulling this my dad would have sent me to the promised land.
Don't worry...john was being sarcastic.
Too bad the girls hadn't been taught some basic self defense moves. Those young men ought to be nursing their 'family jewels' right now.
Has anyone stated that obvious? It's Bush's fault.
Yup. Mine, too. As would I, in my turn. I wonder where their dads are ...
When I was in the third grade a bully boy and I got into it. At the principal's office the kid smarted off to the principal and started to throw a tantrum. The principal immediately took that nasty wooden paddle full of holes off his wall that he usually kept only as a visual deterrent and beat the tar out of that kid's butt. I mean hard and about 10 licks, too. He had the kid by the arm and let loose on his little rear end. The kid never smarted off again to anyone and we became friends for the rest of the school year. Sometimes physical pain is necessary to get a youngster's attention.
Do you realy believe parents should be arrested for giving their children cell phones? Under what law?
Those "kids" will go through juvenile intervention programs, social welfare betterment initiatives, and OUR tax dollars will fund it. When they hit 18, they'll be locked up for rape, and we'll continue to fund them. In reality, crime does pay... for a lifetime of coddling, cable, hot meals and a bed to sleep in.
And listen to rap.
Some bus drivers are hopeless. My son was beaten up on the bus in the nineties, and the bus driver "thought they were just goofing around". I drove my kids to and from school thereafter.
Was the bus driver conscious, or just deaf and dumb?
If they aren't in the school system, the school district gets less funding. If they are classified as special needs, the district gets more funding. As Rush says, follow the money.
Yea, so long as its not abusive. The kid I had to deal with was a monster by any standard. I took my hand under his chin, smiled, and pinched hard - combined with my clenched teeth, It got the message across.
The most likely way a youngster could reach that age and be that way is weak adult figures in their life, I figure.
"Parents should be arrested for giving the kids cell phones...what does a 12 or 13 year old have thats so important to say ?"
For their phone call from jail.
Where was Bush and FEMA? Napping again. /sarc
""You forcibly hold someone down, you remove their clothing, you are fondling that person -- if these children had been adults, this is a crime, if convicted, they would be labeled sex offenders for the rest of their lives," Lake County sheriff's Sgt. Christie Mysinger said."
Same should apply to these little pervs.
