Judicial Watch represents Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson in claims against Jackson

WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes corruption, today announced that on January 17, 2006, Jesse Lee Peterson, et al., v. Jesse Jackson, et al. (BC 266505) will go to trial in Los Angeles County Superior Court after a ruling last week by Judge George H. Wu. Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit against Jackson, his son Jonathan, and others on behalf of Rev. Acquittal due to inherent stupidity of California jury members.

Oops...for civil...to clarify - verdict for Jackson due to inherent stupidity of California jury members. If a criminal case, he'd have been acquitted for the same reason.

Though I support Rev. Peterson, and hope he'll win, I don't think he'll have a snowball's chance of winning this...

Black conservative ping

If you want on (or off) of my black conservative ping list, please let me know via FREEPmail. (And no, you don't have to be black to be on the list!)

Extra warning: this is a high-volume ping list.

It's about time however, he should be on trial for fleecing corporations and blacks in order to line his and his families pockets.

That's one I would really love to see.

What is a ping list?

Basically its a subject interest list.
For example if you have an interest in animals/dogs you would ask Hairofthedog (who is keeper of the list) to add you to her "Ping List" to be notified when a thread is posted about animals/dogs

There are lots of Ping Lists for various interests here at FR

Maybe Sista Cindy will help her soul mate during these obvious racist charges (more like a lynchmob with the KKK presiding). It's just like THE MAN to pit blacks against one another in the legal fighting pits. That no-count Uncle Tom Peterson...

Toyota is one of the companies that caved in to Jesse's threat of a boycott, thus becoming yet another successful shakedown among many large companies. Makes big money.

"What is a ping list? I'm new to this forum"

Welcome to Freepers. While I am not exactly new, I would like someone to also tell me how to italicize copied portions of threads to respond to in subsequent posts.

Since you were asking, I thought I might pile on.

Thanks.

Jesse Lee Peterson is truly one of the Good Guys. He's on the front lines in the battle against the idiocy of liberalism. I think this case is very important, because there has to be some protection against the outright intimidation and thuggery that Jesse Jackson and friends practice with absolute impunity.

This is dangerous stuff, too -- may the Lord bless and protect Rev. Peterson, because to me, what he's doing is not much different than challenging a powerful Mob Boss in the legal system.
