Accuracy in Media ^ | September 23, 2005 | Cliff Kincaid

Posted on 09/23/2005 7:23:15 PM PDT by coffee260

WASHINGTON -- Accuracy in Media (AIM) editor Cliff Kincaid said today that one of the leaders of the group organizing Saturday's "anti-war" rally in Washington has posted an article urging "solidarity" with the "Iraqi fighters" and "resistance" killing American troops and innocent civilians in Iraq. This shows, Kincaid said, that the "anti-war" protest has been unmasked by one of its own leaders as a pro-war organization that seeks to kill those struggling for freedom and democracy in Iraq and around the...

The sad truth is ANSWER and their ilk are not far removed from the leading democrats. Pelosi, Kennedy & co. are pulling for the insurgents, no wquestion about it. they should be tried for treason, IMO.

So our dear Commie friends openly support Musab Al Zarqawi's beheading goons. That's what "peace" means to the Left these days.

If a group is actively supporting the "insurgents", they are aiding and abetting an enemy of the United States. This goes well beyond a mere disagreement about policy.

On O'Reilly tonight Ashley Wilkes said we can't win by military alone and he is working on talks with Syria and Iran. Isn't that great? The E-3 have worked for at least a year and the IAEA is about to refer Iran to the Security council. Now, just in the nick of time comes Wesley Clarke with his sidekicks Sheehan and Rangel. I litterqally screamed at the TV, and I don't do that often at all.

Do we have any laws on treason left on the books? It is simply appalling that these lowlifes are allowed to live and thrive in the very country they wish to destroy.

If someone earns your respect by driving an SUV full of explosives into a crowd of kids getting candy, you deserve to hang.

I saw Clarke on BOR tonight and had the same reaction you did. Don't you feel safer already knowing Clarke is working on "talks" with Iran and Syria? \sarc\

the notion that any politician, or would-be politician like Clarke, would meet publicly with a woman who has openly sided with Al Qaeda, and called her own son's murderers "freedom fighters" is gut wrenching.

"The sad truth is ANSWER and their ilk are not far removed from the leading democrats. Pelosi, Kennedy & co. are pulling for the insurgents, no wquestion about it."

Agreed. It would be nice to push this article somehow more broadly, since the majority of registered Democrats do not understand what is happening. Maybe even handing xeroxed copies out at locations with a lot of Democrats? (I realize this one step would have a small effect, and I'm reaching.)

"they should be tried for treason, IMO."

Not sure we have evidence of them breaking the law against treason.

"wasn't there a committee on unAmerican activities at one time?"

House Committee on Unamerican Activities in the 1950s. It's been demonized as "McCarthyism".

The article praising the terrorist thugs has gone beyond the limits of free speech. It gives aid and comfort to the enemy. But will the person who wrote the article suffer any consequences? No. For some reason we don't punish traitors any more. That's the legacy of Hanoi Jane, who should have been stood up against the nearest wall as soon as she got back from her little vacation in North Vietnam. But she got off scot-free, thus encouraging others to commit treason.

Let me know when we start giving traitors the appropriate punishment like we used to.

Okay....say it with me: TREASON.

Now, if the Justice Department had the cojones to prosecute these POSs for a crime that is SPELLED OUT IN PLAIN ENGLISH IN THE CONSTITUTION.....oh, I forgot. The Constitution is a "living document" and doesn't mean what's written in it according to the Gods of the Courts, so these traitors can continue fighting the war from inside the US, and sell us all into dhimmitude.

When did we as a country become castrated?
