It's important to get your facts straight. The waitress sandwich involved Ted Kennedy and Chris Dodd, and took place in the upstairs front dining room at La Brassiere on Massachusetts Avenue in D.C., across the street from the Heritage Foundation offices. Not that I was paying close attention to such scurrilous rumors myself.
