My brother forwarded an email that asserted that Cindy had abandoned her son, Casey, and his father, got a divorce and went off to live a life of hippiedom. The story further asserted that Casey's father remarried and that Casey was raised by his father and stepmother. I don't have any idea if the story is true or not, but it would be wonderful if it was.
I keep hearing that story, too, but I have not found it anywhere else on the internet, in a website or a news article. Does anyone else know more?
Casey was most definitely raised by his Father and Stepmother who are proud and humbled by his sacrifice.
