Blanco didn't want them in the first place. Pull them out and let the locals and Sindy handle it together. Hey, pull FEMA funding out of NO and the shelters while she's at it. Make the victims pay back the $2000 and don't negotiate with the insurance companies, and of course don't give any federal dollars to rebuild. Yep, that should make her happy.
Considering that she has sworn to not pay taxes she apparently doesn't want to rebuild NO or have it fortified. She has no charity, no mercy, no humility and plays the persecuted card in a boasting fashion.
