I wonder what the limits on executive orders are? I would be delighted if President Bush by executive order would allow the mining and extractions of reserves that have been put off limits by the environmental Nazis.

In relationship to the Enviro Nazis, Fox News explained how back in the late sixties they stopped via a law suit the building of flood barriers at the opening of Lake Pontchartrain. These barriers would have saved New Orleans. Can they be sued for this?
