I spent a night in that hospital while I was a student in tech school down there. Had a bad reaction to a first stage typhus immunization that I had received since I was going overseas once I graduated, and had to be kept on fluid IV's overnight.
It's an excellent hospital; glad to see it looks like they're going to put the time and effort into getting it reopened as soon as feasible.
