You phoneys are the ones who con-cocked the 'inclusive' rate to mislead the people on what your sales tax really is. It is a 30% sales tax on all goods and services. If you call it a 23% sales tax on all goods and services, you are lying. You must state it as a '23% inclusive sales tax in all goods and services' to be accurate.
