I was looking at NOAA's satelite pictures of Keesler AFB after the storm, and was amazed at how little damage their was...at least from a bird's eye view.
I saw just a few building with their roofs ripped off, mostly older ones. The newer building looked immaculcate, like nothing touched them.
Never saw any pictures from ground level, however....
